Garlicky Chicken Drumsticks

6 chicken drumsticks

1 tsp (5 ml) pepper

1 tbsp (15 ml) garlic powder

1 tsp (5 ml) dry rosemary

1 tsp (5 ml) basil

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the drumsticks on the baking sheet so they are evenly spaced and not touching. Sprinkle the pepper, garlic powder, rosemary and basil evenly over all the drumsticks, making sure to flip the drumsticks to sprinkle both sides. Bake the drumsticks for 30 minutes. Flip the drumsticks, and then bake for another 30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Remove the skin and small pointy bone before serving to your baby. To make sure the texture is appropriate for your baby, squish it between your tongue and roof of your mouth. If it falls apart, the texture is right. Can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
