  Roasted Carrots

Roasted Carrot

6 medium sized carrots

1½ tbsp olive oil

1 tsp pepper

2 tbsp minced dill

Preheat the oven to 400F. Carefully wash the carrots and toss the carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a sheet pan in a single layer and roast for 20 min until browned and tender. Toss the carrots with dill and season to taste.
